About the guest: Michelle Walters
I help people get unstuck. Life challenges arrive at the most inconvenient and awkward times. When life seems to come to a grinding halt, I can help you find the ray of sunshine and move from darkness back to a place of discovery and hope.
My ability to do this comes from both personal and professional experience. I’ve been through the wringer personally and I am something of an empath. Professionally I started in decision analysis consulting, progressed to business school, dove into digital marketing, and now work in hypnotherapy and coaching.
The unifying thread is a passion for understanding best practices in how our conscious and subconscious minds work — and more importantly, how to help people who feel stuck see a path forward and get moving again.
In hypnosis, I bring that passion to my work with clients, helping them to understand what patterns are in the subconscious and reworking those patterns to be in line with health and happiness.
As a coach, I work with clients at the conscious level to develop a greater understanding of themselves, identify goals, ignite motivation and passion to address challenges, and make life-long changes.
