When “I’m Fine” Isn’t the Whole Story with Madelaine Weiss
Madelaine Weiss brings both clinical insight and lived wisdom to a conversation that feels less like an interview and more like an unfolding dialogue. Together, she and Agnes explore the quiet complexities of transition — the kind that don’t always show up on the outside, but are deeply felt within.
- Understanding “stuck” as a signal for growth, not failure
- Why transitions — even positive ones — can feel destabilizing
- The truth behind “I’m fine” and emotional awareness
- The connection between emotions, decision-making, and clarity
- How outdated mental patterns continue to shape our lives
- The power of “good company” — including the thoughts we keep
- The unique role grandparents play in shaping perspective and thinking
This is a conversation that invites you to slow down, listen inward, and reconsider what growth might actually look like at this stage of life.
