About the guest: Suzan Owens
Suzan has a Masters Degree from Gonzaga University and taught English as a second language there. She has worked and lived in numerous places around the world, even calling Cairo home for a time while she wrote for “The Egyptian Gazette”. She traveled independently through Africa, Asia, Europe, New Zealand and both North and South America. She lived in Peru along the Amazon studying with a local Shaman. She walked the Camino pilgrimage in Spain and taught young monks at a monastery in Nepal. She has traveled the planet by air, land, and more than once by freighter. She is currently working on her new book, “The Traveling Psychic” where she shares many of her adventures including, “I Left My Underpants on The Nile.”
